"Yes, there's a lift just around the corner, next to the information desk."
Shopper:
"Great! One more question - where are the toilets?"

"The toilets are on every floor, but the closest ones are down this corridor on your left."
Shopper:
"Perfect. What time does the mall close today?"
Mall Employee:
"We close at 9 PM on weekdays and 10 PM on weekends. Today we're open until 9 PM."
