Hotel Receptionist:
"I found your reservation for March 15th to 18th. May I ask the reason for cancellation?"
Customer:
"Unfortunately, I have a family emergency and can't travel. Is there a cancellation fee?"
Hotel Receptionist:
"I understand completely. Since you're canceling more than 48 hours in advance, there's no fee. You'll receive a full refund."
Customer:
"That's a relief! How long will it take for the refund to appear in my account?"
Hotel Receptionist:
"The refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly. Is there anything else I can help you with?"
